Real Life Case Studies and Safety Aspects of Property Claims to Kick-Off New Year
Tyrell J. Kremer to address January 19, 2012 CCCA

Join the Central Coast Claims Association Thursday, January 19, 2012 in welcoming guest speaker Tyrell Kremer at the first luncheon meeting of the new year. He will present some real life case studies and safety aspects of property claims.

Mr. Kremer has 11 years of experience as a Sr. Risk Control Consultant for Aon. Tyrell currently provides safety consulting services to Northern California construction clients providing management training, field training, site reviews, loss analysis and program reviews and conducts 6 training sessions and 4 round table discussions for all clients annually. He has worked on a variety of OCIP projects including: California’s $180M Franchise Tax Board project in Sacramento, Los Angeles World Airports, Trump Hotel and Condominium Project in Las Vegas, Cosmopolitan Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Sutter Health’s 18 health care projects in Northern California, and Community Regional Medical Center’s projects in Fresno and Clovis.

Prior to working for Aon, Tyrell spent thirteen years in power plant construction as a Division Safety Supervisor for NEPCO. Tyrell’s experience also includes: consulting for the Department of Energy on the INEL F.P.R. – 2B Project Nuclear Fuel Process Reclaimer; serving as a Safety Supervisor for the WHISP Department of Defense / NASA Rocket Fuel Facility; and was the safety manager for Peach Creek Construction performing safety responsibilities and training on water treatment facility projects for the Thompson Creek, Bear Track and Heckla Mines in Idaho.

Tyrell is an authorized instructor for:
OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Construction Outreach Training
MSHA Part 46 Surface - Limited to Hazard Recognition
Trainer for Los Angeles World Airports Projects

Tyrell is a California Fire & Casualty Insurance Broker-Agent and Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE). Tyrell holds certifications as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist, Occupation Health and Safety Technician, Construction Health and Safety Technician and is QSP certified as of 2012. Tyrell served as a 91A Combat Medic from 1983-89 in the Idaho Army National Guard and is a private pilot. He is also authorized by the State of Nevada to act as a safety administrator on OCIP projects of 150 million dollars or larger.

Tyrell is currently active in the AGC, EUCA, ASSE and IRMI organizations.
