Join the Central Coast Claims Association as we welcome Roof Inspections expert, Robert Neketin as our February 16, 2012 luncheon speaeker.

Mr. Neketin is the Senior Field Inspector for Independent Roof Inspection, Inc. IRI has been providing inspection/evaluation services since its inception in 1990. Along with these services, the firm has been writing specifications for Homeowner’s Associations and Commercial Property owners since 1997. They have specified all types of roofing materials for both sloped and flat roof applications.

Robert has been providing field inspections for Independent Roof inspection, Inc. for nearly seven years, inspecting over 4,000 residential and commercial properties. He performs condition reports, evaluations, project monitoring audits, project consulting and litigation support. Robert provides conscientious assistance in customer service inquiries, roofing and waterproofing presentations, supervision and training of other field staff.

Just last month, he was the featured guest speaker at the Sacramento Claims Association, and gave a similar talk at the November Mid-Valley Claims luncheon in Stockton. His very insightful presentation demonstrated not only his expertise in the field, but did so with style and good humor. His presentation drew numerous questions from the floor, and kept the crowd entertained throughout the luncheon.
