Warranties and You

When is a lemon a lemon? What rights do you have as a consumer when warranties come into play, and how do those same issues affect how you do your job in the claims industry? These issues and more were covered by October CCCA guest speaker, David Blinn, of Low, Ball & Lynch.

The presentation, while directed primarily to the needs of adjusters, was chalk full of good information and tips on dealing with the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and thephoto Tanner Consumer Protection Act (Lemon Law).

A big thanks to all our October meeting
Door Prize Contributors .
