The Central Coast Claims Association would like to thank Mr. Paul Stansky, GAA, for his fine presentation at the April 21, 2005 luncheon meeting.

A Certified General Appraiser, Mr. Stansky spoke of using reasonableness and logic in defining Actual Cash Value in claims settlements.

"Appraise ACV as if undamaged prior to the incident (in question)," he said.

An expert witness in some 33 court cases, with 31 wins stated, Mr. Stansky shared his breadth of experience and knowledge, as well as some good stories of his experiences.
