Heartfelt Panel Stories Just One Reason to Be a Part of CCCA February 2008 message from CCCA President, Denise Garcia First of all I would like to thank our January Panel for giving us such a heartfelt account of their Catastrophe experience. Chris Devitto of CSAA; Jim Nicholas of FRSteam by Custom Commercial; April Anderson, of Crawford and Company; Dan Ward of American Technologies; and of course, our host, Lon Anderson, of Anderson Claims Service, Inc. Ranging from the San Diego wild fires to Katrina these people were there! Away from their families, low on food, and barely enough resources to get their jobs done, these members of the Central Coast Claims Association were able to prevail against the odds! I’m proud to know them and to have them as our colleagues! This is just one of many reasons to join the Central Coast Claims Association for 2008.
