Hotel Valencia for April meeting - Gearing up for Golf June 5th March 30, 2009 - Spring message from 2009 CCCA President, Shelly Lefore Happy Spring! I hope that everyone is getting a chance to get outside and enjoy some of our wonderful California sunshine. Our March luncheon had another great crowd, and our thanks goes out to Karen Nicely for her educating presentation on contractor licensing regulations. Her information can not only help us in our professional lives but also gave us great insight in what to look for when hiring a contractor for personal use. Our April speaker will be Brent Rudin with Bay Area Air Quality Management District, who will be educating us on the ins and outs of air quality regulations. Don’t forget the meeting will be held at Hotel Valencia this month just across the street from Tanglewood Restaurant in Santana Row. The CCCA will be celebrating our 51st annual Golf Tournament at Coyote Creek Golf Course on Friday, June 5th. We still have a few sponsorships available and have just started taking foursome reservations. Don’t forget even if you’re not a golfer you can still partake in on the fun by joining us for cocktails and dinner immediately following the golf; just let us know that you wish to purchase the dinner only ticket. We are all so excited about our increased attendance lately and to encourage you to invite a “new friend” we will offer any first time adjuster attendee a complimentary lunch. I hope this gives everyone some incentive to go out and invite a new adjuster to join our group!
